Loss and Presence. During the weeks leading up to and after the death of both my grandparents, who passed within two weeks of each other, I photographed the house they had lived in together for nearly sixty years. Exploring the shift in material presence and their attached memories to spiritual presence as their belongings slowly made their way out of their home leaving just light and shadows to fill the spaces. Captured on 120 film.
